This blog describes my experiences of living and coping with ME / CFS. Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), post-viral fatigue syndrome (PVFS), and various other names, is a syndrome (or group of syndromes) of unknown and possibly multiple etiologies, affecting the central nervous system (CNS), immune, and many other systems and organs.

- I have had ME / CFS since the 31st of March 2006. One of the primary difficulties for people with this illness is the feeling of isolation, that nobody understands. The aim of this blog is to help with this. I want to share my experiences of living with ME to show that there are other people going through exactly the same thing.
